A Tedious but Breif Explanation
In the world of Tarsenar there are 3 main systems of Government. The first is the Confederation of Mystic Kingdoms (CMK), or commonly called the Magical Territories, this is run by the Council of Twelve. As you would expect, the Magical Territories is filled with magic and those that use it, unfortunately, this leaves them with few technological advancements. The second is the Tarsenar Mega-Poleis Affiliated (TMPA), commonly called Tech Sectors, which are run by a elected leader from one of the seven Mega-Poleis. Their advanced technology allows them to have such commodities as Electromagnetic Levitation and fairly widespread 7G wireless internet, but this does limit the amount of magic used to a barely noticeable level. The third system is called the Rouge Zones. These are small pockets not run by either of the other two systems and generally are governed by miniature militias, village elders, or small vassals, if at all. In additon to these 3 there are 2 other imortant areas; the Dessert, and the Wasteland. But the Wasteland is primarily a den of murderers, thieves, and the worst of them all, retired politicians and lawyers.
